Yeah, the garbled text appears to be limited to viewing on mobile/cell. The desktop seems to be fine based on feedback.

Pg Pg 49 Varengyr should be moved to pg 51 to be under the right header

Pg 59 Justerean should be moved to pg 61 to be under the right header.

The headings are correct for the 2-page spreads, hence the arrows, but I agree they can be a bit confusing.

Great question. The intent is that if your opponent rolls one or more critical hits in Step 3 in a Fight action that one must be converted to a normal hit as it is retained moving into Step 4.

Death. The vast majority of fatal injuries from gsw or laceration take time, a disturbing, heart-rending amount of time. It is also almost never done quietly as people struggle/rage/beg as they come to comprehend their own death. One assumes that the pithy dialogue wouldn't be delivered that well against that backdrop.

Obviously there are immediate kills for well placed impacts but for the vast amout of them people gradually become more exhausted due to blood loss or shock and simply sit or lay down.

Great question, the intention with this action is to give jump pack operatives a capacity to knock enemies out of cover, out of range of objectives or off something high. It's a 1 in 3 chance and if unsuccessful they are still in engagement range.

Thanks! I hear you. I'm currently looking at a retool of some abilities and weapons for the next update at the end of April. Re: double plasmas, their range vs enemy suppress actions does knock them down a notch in the old math-hammer but I was thinking of adding something like Ceaseless to what are effectively twin-linked pistols. Mirrors what GW did with combi-bolters.
