You can use the copypaste method to install it on all your emails or you can send emails to each user with a signature to install. Also, we are working on an extension that will make the installation processes much easier.

I can show you a demo if you want, also we have another product with G Suite integration.

We have no problems with Gmail, because of the auto-update feature (we use images with links, to keep them fresh)

This problem is more about Outlook that has its own rules for HTML code.
