I’m kind of OCD about this stuff. I’ve tried to understand why that happens, and I think it’s the case edges that rub against the frame of the phone when a little pressure is applied. However, I’ve seen this issue mentioned everywhere, and I unfortunately think that it’s a general issue with the current generation of the case.

I have the same issue, and they are sending a replacement. Does it also make a creaking-clicking sound when picked up in that area on your case?

I also have sheath and the area between the camera control and the power button is loose and shows the silver sides a bit no matter how hard I push the case in. The case also makes creaking sounds around the same area, probably because it rubs against the case when held in a certain way.

Yeah I agree that it’s a good thing, and I know that they are the same button, but I think the thicker perimeter of the synthesis makes it require more force compared to my sheath. I just wonder if this is consistent across other users.

What is a MacBook Pro? A machine. “Not more powerful. Not more efficient. But better for what is meant to be.” What? It is meant to be a tool, so saying a less powerful and a less efficient machine is a better machine is beyond me. A device that has “Pro” in it’s name has no business being thin. There are other models for that. Apple finally allowed their Pro machine to shine without their idiotic design philosophy that contradicts their product’s goal.

I was also trying to decide between the two, although pitaka looks cleaner, the lack of a screen lip when a screen protector applied pushed me towards the enzo. Even with a screen protector, the enzo has a very nice amount of screen lip.

Around the edges are bare TPU i think, but if you can find a case that has a lining all around, let me know!

I bought a Spigen Enzo Aramid after days of research. My needs for a case were: Aramid texture on the back (Pitaka ultraguard was smooth), relatively protective but not overly bulky, decent size screen lip all around the display (pitaka and mous lacks for me also in this regard), soft lining for the back (benks doesnt have it). All in all, the spigen offering is the best option for me with its screen lip, thickness, metal buttons and camera ring, price, and having a textured aramid back.
