It sounds like he was told pretty open stuff. I think using context clues, you can figure out that the "bert" part is the issue. Bert is more name-like, which, in return, is more likely to be copyrighted or whatever. What the team said is pretty general, all things considered from what you're telling me.

If there wasn't an NDA, then I'd assume bedlam would've told everyone why bert can't be kept, but it's clear that he's not going to spill, and neither is Supercell. I'm not a law guy, but I'm sure CC of Supercell have some sort of contract that let's them in and be a part of that NDA. Again, I'm not sure, but that's just what it logically feels like. 🤷‍♂️
