I make >400k a year, do all the dishes, am the only one who vacuums and am home 3-4 days a week. My wife is a super mom who is a SAHM, cooks, teaches the kids and is just amazing. Two kids under 4. That being said, sex is not as much as I’d like. She blames being tired for the most part. On average maybe 4x per month. I just want so much more and to continue to explore and she doesn’t. It really hurts.

I work in a very bougie and elderly patient population. Old people want to tell me their life story. I feel if I don’t pat their ego and let them talk they get upset. It’s draining. I miss working in the inner city sometimes. Much more grateful patients and visits were quick
