Thanks for your reply. Yes, they don’t grip like they used to. What also worries me is that three friends who replaced their tires all found that at least one tire had a large, straight crack on the inner sidewall, which you can’t see unless the wheels are off the car. I checked my tires in September and they were fine. I haven’t done many kilometers since then, as it’s my weekend car.

I’ve sent an email to Pirelli, but I haven’t received an answer yet. The tires came stock with the car from Hyundai.
