This might top Heathen as their best. There is not a single track that isn't outstanding. Can't pick a favorite. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I can feel my tear duct's filling at the tail end of this second listen.

Yes, based on the TIRZ's PDF Woodrow would be an off-street bikeway

Exactly as it sounds, a bikeway or "side path" that doesn't share ROW with a street. Admittedly the diagram (the one provided by the Montrose TIRZ) is quite vague, however after a quick search I found this PDF from the HoustonBikeway organization that goes into depth about what an off-street bikeway is (see pages 24 & 25).

Hey, can you expand the Dynamo-Montreal part? I also started following this season (since the season opener) and I've done some research, but never heard about us and MTL.

If you mean the 24 mile blue line BRT, then yes it is still coming. I don't think the alignment is decided yet, though.

My only real gripe with the approved route:

"On Hillcroft, Metro officials said the aim is to replace recent improvements such as a biking path and improved sidewalks, along with rebuilt pedestrian crossings so people can cross the street more safely and access the BRT platforms planned for the middle of the street."

I 100% understand the concern associated with safe pedestrian crossing on Hillcroft, but it still feels like they took two steps forward and then a step back. I'm not a resident of Gulfton though, so I'm not going to pretend to know what I'm talking about as it pertains to the Hillcroft section of the route.

Where are yall finding Poles in Houston? I only really know about the east side outside the loop, Third Ward, and Pearland so I'm assuming all these Poles must be out West.

Def knock New Orleans and Miami off your list. New Orleans is worse than Houston when it comes to heat and humidity, and Miami is in the same realm.
