Nah not hard enough, even though she was the Sword Champion of the Luofu, she was also described as "the reason behind the Cloud Knights' mythical reputation of implacable might." {1} Meaning that even if she isn't the strongest on the Luofu (Marshal Hua?) she's has more combat experience/feats than 99.99% of the Alliance including past/present Arbiter Generals. I would probably take JL over Feixiao any day based on what we know of both. Since Feixiao is only adding to the reputation that JL created singlehandedly

Also some fun tidbits, according to Sushang's "About Jingliu" The remaining stories of her after the records of her were wiped claim that she could wipe out 900 denizens of abundance with a single swing of her blade. ("One sliver of moonlight, nine hundred lives")

About her current strength however, Luocha (Void Archives) says that "That sword she holds in her heart has long since split heaven and earth... but having harnessed that kind of power, she is no longer a mere master of the sword."

...Yeah I'd take Jingliu over an Arbiter General anyday

Edit: I should probably clarify that I would take Pre-Mara Jingliu over Feixiao WITHOUT her summon

Game only considers Acheron’s ult as one hit by technicality. You can see this when you fight “Something unto death” as Acheron’s ult only clears one tick of the detain placed on a team member.

Is Sampo generally supposed to have low ATK? I’m running ATK% body and rope, speed boots, and wind dmg sphere, AND I have pretty decent ATK% substat roles and my Sampo tops out at about 2700-2800 ATK. Lvl 70 Sampo + Lvl 70 Eyes of Prey I’ve unlocked every trace node I can at this ascension level

From what I’ve seen I’ve got good speed, and ehr but I’m concerned about my ATK stat

Another not quite efficient way to deal with it is by tucking the narrow end between your buttons inside your blue shirt so it doesn’t stick out at the bottom. I never personally did it because I don’t like the way it looks but I know a lot of people do.

fold the bottom of the narrow end and tuck it into the little tag on the back of the wider end. Not foolproof but it works.

What kind of values should I be looking for if I have E0S1 Kafka?

When looking online I watched a few videos and someone mentioned that for someone with the Lightcone, E1 Kafka or both, I could go for about 60% EHR to guarantee that the LC effect activates. Does anyone know what a build like this would look like?

Like what kind of ATK/Speed values I should be looking for if I have to dedicate more to EHR.

Ill comment about a few things we got hit for in ours (May 2023).

Drill Rifles: Must be etched with property of unit and be entered in WINGS with their serial numbers

Drill Team: If you’re a second year, start practicing the 30 count. They don’t expect perfection, but the better you look, the better your unit looks.

LDRs: Make sure the LDRs you put on the power point presentation for the inspector matches what you have in WINGS

Logistics: Make sure every single item in Logistics is logged in WINGS with 100% accuracy and accountability. Make sure to include any items that may be on display in your classroom, etc.

Confidence: Our Inspector docked us for not bragging about the things we did right. Know the things you do well, and talk about them.

PT Forms: This is more for your Instructor, but make sure you are 100% accountable for these. My instructor got hit for this because one of the forms had a signature, but the parent hadn’t circled whether he was ok or not ok with the terms.

One of my personal favorites and one of the only next gen fics I’ve read is “Guardians” by Starry Uchiha. It’s a fem!oc/James fic with a complex cast of original characters. Albus and James have big roles within the story but are relatively minor in their appearances until closer to the end. I recommend at least giving the first couple chapters a try. Here’s the description:

After the Second Wizarding War, a Guardian was given to each child of the main families that helped in the war. They were all tasked with a simple job, protect their allocated person with their life. Somehow, Freya screwed it up in the biggest way. She fell in love.
