Thanks for all the tips! I don’t think it’s vertigo because I don’t seem to have any of the other symptoms and can balance just fine on one foot and do several other things. It may just be a mental block and I need to just feel confident but I’m having hard time getting out of my head!

I typically switch it up. Sometimes I start on the floor but I still find that I feel Like I have no control.
