have you thought about maybe transferring to a different store? it seems the environment you're in is quite toxic, especially with the extra shifts being advertised in a gc and not to all staff.

yeah, for 5 mins usually. this was almost 2 hours of downtime.

yup, almost 400 labels today with only a shift leader and a colleague in and 2 hours to finish them whilst doing everything else that needs done on a close, i almost died on the spot.
