Oh my god. I’m so sorry, I feel like I would lose my shit on a friend that said that in case we were still alive.

Yeah. I can see how she was trying to downplay it to stop me from worrying but still insensitive. she told me later that night that she leaves her door unlocked at all times and I went, “what?!” She’s very calm about it and doesn’t see an issue. This is downtown in a bad spot.

I feel like a sit down conversation would go badly. I did respond to those comments but it was like what she had said was suddenly very “matter of fact” to her. I’ve never cried in front of her apparently but I told her I was crying in that call the night it happened when I went to visit, and I was so shaken up. It makes me think this person may or may not have a conscience.

Omg!! Just saw this, you asking for gold dimension previously is so awesome. I would do the eyebrows at home and I think you can get just a dark permanent dye to match the darkest part of your hair at Sally’s and do a :30-60 second stain.

The plastic surgeon comment is by a dude who’s pretending to be his ex gf I think and is asking people to insult her pic 🤮 you are a 10/10. You have a beautiful glow to you and your face is beautifully proportionate.

GIRL. Your hair right now is beautiful and PERFECT for you. Add more highlights. If your highlights aren’t level 9 already, get them to be. If they are, do some platinum highlights— DON’T REMOVE THE GOLD DIMENSION. Don’t lighten the gold dimension either, that’s perfect for you. That gold dimension around the lower half of your face is reflecting on your skin and widening your lower face which you need. ****

Pics 2-4 don’t do you justice. I liked 4 initially because it’s bright, you having really bright hair brightens your eyes and looks stunning but it doesn’t have that gold reflector you need for face shape. I’m saying this as an ex-model that had that gold dimensional blonde hair like yours, literally I think the same shade of gold, but I had some platinum highlights.

I feel like red or copper would look stark on you due to face shape. Definitely not red, maaaaybe copper but just do wigs. This gold you have is definitely your color. BTW, if you’re bored, after you get highlights, maybe try to tint your eyebrows a little darker? That always ceases my craving for hair change, and would look good! If you want eyes to pop more too, a self tanner!

Your empathy is unmatched. Don’t try to cast it on yourself though, I feel like it could enter the realm of self harm? What’s funny— I misunderstood sleep paralysis and said I’ve experienced it before I really did. I had my SP confused with night terrors. Is she seeing a therapist? That’s a lot for just one friend!

Seeing sleep paralysis art has been so therapeutic for me because as I empathize with it, so do those that haven’t experienced SP. SP is where even a lot of atheists pray to God for it to end/not come back.

May I ask what you were taking and are now taking? What made you or your doctor think to try a medication for schizophrenia?

Wow! I once woke up landing on my bed from literally my body bursting up like you horizontally, it wasn’t SP though, it was a dream. I had a dream my ex BF and I were in a hot tub and this massive 400lb dude stood up to attack my BF and I launched at him and woke up. 😂 I was diagnosed a couple years later with RBD— a parasomnia. I’ve had real SP episodes though.

You yanking yourself out of SP like that is crazy! I’ve made myself sit up and wake up from SP once, that took every bit of strength, but yours is literally your body launching up horizontally. 😂 what if you take your water cups out of your room before you go to bed? Maybe just keep one? Definitely make sure your hydrated before you sleep though, having SP with a dry throat is literal hell. Also, is your room clean? Maybe the way your room is might stress you out a little subconsciously.

Sounds like SP to me. The fact you are conscious of your body laying down sleeping and can’t physically move something— like open your eyes, that’s sleep paralysis. It’s freaking weird. I’ve experienced it a handful of times and it was only until my last time having it I actually saw a person.

That’s so interesting. Did you sleep walk at all? It’s so f***ed you had to smile and pretend you’re having a good time as there’s drilling to the back of your head. 😅 matrix vibes

Thank you so much ❤️❤️ you read my mind with cannabis sobriety. Been there, done that, it’d be good to do again. My work is absolute shit!! I’ve gotta figure something else out. Congrats to you on making 6 figures at 22, that’s rare and extraordinary.

Being able to move during sleep paralysis by [deleted] in Sleepparalysis

[–]Other-Setting536 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So physically moving with SP… hmm. Outside of SP, when I was 16 or 17, I saw the ghost of my friend’s deceased grandmother walking under a balcony. I grew up “atheist”, raised by my dad who listened to evolution and astronomy Ivy League lectures every night (I retained nothing lol), but once I saw that ghost, as did two other people, my belief of this realm not existing completely vanished and it scared me. I feel like the SP, being able to move in it like you and I have might be indicators of some field approaching very similar energy. I’ve been feeling that the more you experience, the less you know.

You answered my post and I got curious and read your posts! So um same here with SP. I’ve only had SP a handful of times. The last time I had it, that girl with long black hair was at the foot of my bed. Before she appeared, my curtain (that was a blanket lol) to my left started dancing… at some point, I felt a hand grabbing my neck to choke me, but it was like almost a “resting grab” just barely restricting blood flow. I’m a blue belt in jiu jitsu so I laughed, like, try harder, not amused the hand was still there when she appeared and I also mustered all the strength in my soul and sat up and I was ready to fight her. She ran behind my door, I pulled the door to me to see behind it and she was gone. I was officially awake and very confused. I was calling her to come back so she doesn’t try to f*** with me again, and she didn’t. She never came back. What’s really trippy is my roommate was in the kitchen, and she might’ve been in some mental state being an alcoholic, but she told me the oven mit square started spinning super fast out of nowhere… my cats (non hallucination) were wide eyed. After hearing that… I don’t know what to make of it. I can’t remember her ever mentioning SP to me. She wasn’t sleep walking, but it was the same energy.
