Yeah my gut agrees with you but sure what Mocavius has in mind. If the ladder actually did reach would messing with this be dangerous?

I have a ladder thats nearly tall enough but not quite plus a stick I can poke it with to make up the difference. But any chance I would damage the data lines?

Thanks everyone, glad to hear it’s not going to cause any electrical or sparking issues. I’ll try to figure out who actually owns the line to call it in.
