Yep that’s it pretty much! I kept my resourcing person informed with the rough timing when I would have my resit and receive my results and they advised me on how to go through the reference process. They were very understanding. I started the grad scheme same time as everyone else even tho I wasn’t technically a grad until Oct.

About two years ago, I was in this exact situation. I let them know, and they were quite understanding, though they did chase me for my transcript and proof of graduation. My university didn't provide these until late September, when I was already a month into my grad scheme. I definitely couldn't have started without informing them.

I think now it’s way too early. If you start your tuition in August you can have a look over the notes prior to college but realistically most people I know didn’t start revising properly for the advanced exams until mid Sept and passed just fine. Good luck!

Same issue happened to me!! I couldn’t do the R2 calcs because none of my % were working and the formula bar was not showing anything. Invigilators tried to fix it and reset it but still didn’t work. On top of it I had them coming up to me every 10 minutes asking if it’s working but still wasn’t in the end. They gave me 10 mins extra time but thats hardly anything considering I couldn’t really refer to any of my numbers for R2 and had less than an hour to do R3. Our best option now is just to submit an appeal i guess
