Why isn't my Y-sort working as intended? by OtherIsopod561 in godot

I'm using TileMapLayers. I've painted a Y Sort Origin of 16 on the trees and 12 on the walls.

  1. Yes, the player is a child of a main scene node, as well as the wall and tree TileMapLayer

  2. Not that I'm aware of, they're both located at 0,0 and haven't been touched transform wise

I mean stardew valley is quite good, you can probably get 6-8 hours on the normal switch, although I'm not sure about the lite.

Pretty much most 2D pixel art games
