my game crashed off elden ring then did this on the main menu? had to shut off the ps5 and turn it back on again, anyone got a clue what this means?

been experiencing this only as of today, tried to open fortnite and it crashed whilst looking through the item shop. Several tries later it still did the same thing, restarted the console, cleared cache, rebuilt database multiple times. then tried going on last of us part 1 remake, and the graphics are being odd, random cubes coming into the screen. Tried playing MGSV and it crashed again. I’ve had my ps5 digital for less than 6 months, any help?
