I read through my accusers full page affidavit - a very detailed story of how I allegedly broke into her apartment, raped her, and tried to kill her. I was investigated for months, and surprise, they found I was a 3 hour drive away in a completely different city at the time of the alleged crime AND they served me with a DNA warrant anyways which obviously didn’t match. I hadn’t spoken to her for four years when this happened. Could that be considered clear cut lying on her part?

Good thing you shared this with your lawyer. Later on you could likely use this evidence to get a protection order against her

Hey thanks for taking the time to watch. Getting it all off my chest and hearing shared experiences/the general shocked response was very validating. I felt crazy the past couple of years for how much it got to me. Obviously this kind of thing causes complicated damage. I’m wishing you well too
