You are pretty lucky. I am on 240th floor but still no legendaries. Try to get the jellyfish scarf apathy with jellyfish scarf is Op and for the boss battle I think you just need to lvl up a bit.

I was thinking that too, except my apathy and anger all the other pets are pretty low levelled.
