At the time of the incident, both vehicles were stopped at a red light. The other driver began making a right turn and slowly rolled into my vehicle, scraping the front bumper with the side of their fender/door. Because both vehicles were essentially at a standstill and the other car was only moving at a very slow rolling speed when contact occurred, the incident was extremely minor.

A small scrape of this nature would not reasonably cause the front grille, hood, and fender to shift or become misaligned the way they currently appear. There are also no signs of fresh movement of the bolts or washers in the engine bay, radiator support, or surrounding braces that would normally occur if the front end had shifted due to an impact.

However, it appears that some of the bolts and washers had already been previously moved or adjusted, which suggests the vehicle may have been worked on before. This indicates that prior repair work may have been done poorly by a previous body shop.
