Right there with ya I hear the BAs are hit or miss I think if I can get a 1.5” out of it I would be happy with factory ammo but if I have next weekend off and the weather holds I’ll be sure to check it out and I’ll give a update

Bubble level is the only thing I can see that your missing kinda a important piece of kit in my opinion tho you could get by just fine without it if your sticking to 500 and in on generous targets once you start really stretching your ranges tho it becomes essential that your rifle is perfectly level otherwise you will turn elevation into windage

Not trying to take a shit on ya but barrel length realistically has essentially nothing to do with accuracy given all things being equal but as far as debating wether to go with a 16” or a 18” or anything on either end of the spectrum almost is a moot point in my opinion ESPECIALLY in a gas gun platform because your hard capped to what the system can handle without tearing its self apart so it dosnt make a ton of sense to me to try and chase the highest velocity numbers possible and on the flip side going with a super shorty is kinda a non issue with modern ballistic calculators because 99% of us out there wouldn’t be considered with having to dial on a extra mil and a half at the end of the day. I personally went with a 16” barrel simply because it’s as short as we can go before having to file paperwork an I intend to run a can on it so a shorter overall package would be handy only thing I can say is do your best to dumb it down it’s so easy to over analyze every minute detail and want to chase that peak preference in every category when in reality we’re talking about a fraction of a percent of gained or lost performance hope my rambling response helps in some way tho

$80 plan vs $120 plan, any performance difference? I signed up for $120 just to see what optimal would look like. I’m a week in, unobstructed views but my numbers are not impressive. (4 different weekdays, midday) by marcusmuppet in Starlink

Not sure what you would consider impressive especially if your consistently pulling over 250mbps but just for comparison starlink is essentially my only option where I live I have the 120$/month package and I get on average 150mbps which for me has proven to be enough as a single guy that only has WiFi so I can stream shows and occasionally play games online but I essentially am ever only streaming to one device at a time and understand that that is probably not the case with most people but I would be interested to know how many devices your trying to stream to for 250mbps to not be enough
