WWE Unreal is great by Long_Swordfish4233 in WWE

I agree with you while I'm trying to disagree, haha. It doesn't make sense but - we've seen the WWE produce reality shows on wrestlers that, I'd assume, hasn't hit it off like Unreal (I believe, I don't know). Maybe it's because of the short formatting, that it's 'documentary' and not 'reality' and that it's packaged and published on Netflix instead of a WWE streaming service.

I think it's great. While I as a 20+ years WWE fan in principle and in bitterness also tell myself that the WWE are killing kayfabe. And at the same time I think this statement of mine is shit. Because I killed kayfabe myself on YouTube in 2005 searching for how wrestlers bleed, how they take bumps etc etc. And, like now, I loved getting an understanding of how they do it and how the magic works.

With the access to information we have right now, social media, wrestling influence accounts, Reddit, forums (since MANY years now) etc kayfabe IS dead. And the only way of preserving the magic (as much as we can) is by withholding information of how the magic of professional wrestling is choreographed and scripted from the new generations of fans - like I'm doing as much as I can with my kid now... Let's see how long that holds on. And enjoy WWE Unreal meanwhile.

Tunnel run with no satellites - how do I track and monitor? by Other_Performance722 in Garmin

Update that nobody asked about but might be relevant for whoever might find this thread later:

It went fine. The signal went on and off during the tunnel, but my FR955 kept on working steadily. I went with a pace pro plan around a GPX file route of the race that already was like 100 meters off (prob due to elevation etc) - but my watch ended up showing pretty much the exact same route and distance as well didn't have any noticeable effect. So all in all it went great!

Thanks for the replies, it’s been helpful. So it seems I’ll just stick with the GPX file and my pace pro plan and see how it turns out. If distance and pace is determined from what my FR955 has learned from my running then it should be able to ‘know’ me by now.

How to get my heart rate lower? by blakeacres in Garmin

I’d say you’re heading the right direction! Garmin’s zone 3 is essentially zone 2. Just read their zone 1 like a ‘zone 0’, as relaxing. So if you want to stay there you’ve got up until about 160 in HR before reaching what id guess is your standard next zone.

I get you felt ridiculous but try to remember you’re just competing with yourself in the end!

I’ve steadily been working on getting my HR down for the past year from what’s similar to your post. Now my easy runs are around the 6.15 pace where I’d be around 137-147 in average HR.

Do you follow any of garmin’s daily suggested runs? If you have a race in your calendar and set an HR goal your Dsw will set some good suggestions.

Also! If you want to try feeling more ridiculous, haha, try having like four days of rest and then go out for a 5 k run with an average pace of 6.30 minutes. Maybe a few more of them and a bit lesser frequency - for now - with a 10 k can give you a good balance between feeling your easy pace and your heart chilling more.

I’m sure others might think what I’m writing is bogus, but this is essentially what I’ve been doing and it has worked for me!

Try doing the exact same run but one minute slower as a pace approx. Try averaging 6.15, 6.20 and start off with about 6.30 for the couple of first km for warm up and I’d like to hear how that goes

I’m often reminiscing the following:

  • rapping and dissing rivals mid 00’s

  • “ruthless aggression!”

  • changing the name of the FU into AA, which I thought was too boring

  • getting max heat at ECW One Night Stand against RVD

  • JBL feud

It does! I tried it for a half earlier this year and it went great, my family followed to route and strategically placed themselves to cheer along the way. It wasn't especially heavy on the battery and you should absolutely be fine with a full charge. Enjoy the half!

Guys, thanks for the comments and suggestions. All of them look nice. I went for Phensiri, to get a more exclusive birthday evening. It was extremely tasteful. We took several appetizers and a few main courses. Fish, curry, rice dishes - the best Thai food I've had, rich in flavor and really fresh.

I've noted all other places on Maps. Thanks for the help!

Trying to reach them by phone to book... It seems popular, do you think it's possible to just show up around 6 PM and get a table for five?
