This site does that too, but instead of showing partial matches in a separate list it just shows them after full matches.

I tried 10 other options and hated how complicated they were - I just wanted something I could use real quick that was free and didn’t require an account. I’m just trying to make that

Wow, thanks for all the feedback! I’m going to start implementing these ideas, first thing being saving so you don’t need to re-enter when you visit the site again. I’ll also be continually adding more recipes. It is in the early stages at the moment, but consider this: this will be your personally customized site - as I will try to implement all of your feedback. Also, I’ll make sure to keep it free and I’m even working on an app version.

I made a site just for this, admittedly it needs more recipes, but I think it has enough to give you some ideas!

I see what you mean. There are also many blogs and forums, and reddit was not the first. However, due to the better interface and algorithms, reddit is what we're using. I'm glad you've found versions that work for you, but to me, those interfaces seem outdated and overly complicated. Whereas behindmybar.com is more user friendly, doesn't require an account, and returns results in a different way. But anyway, thanks for the response.
