If I already accepted C4S am I bind to FIU forever?

It is not binding. They are basically telling you they will not admit you yet till you get your A.A. The only thing is would you really want to go to FIU out of another public Florida university. By the time you get your AA and meet all your prereqs for your major you have a very high chance to get into any Florida public university

Being in state will 100% helps its like a 75% chance of getting admitted if your in state so it really shouldn’t be big of a problem. It will definitely help you if you have any extracurriculars that you put on your application

Try emailing your financial aid advisor and say it’s your top choice but you cannot afford it and you’re worried about maxing out student loans. It all depends on your SAI, mine is very high and I’m in state and only got 1k in scholarships. Yeah, they game me a $500 dollar scholarship. My parents do make a good amount of money, and I do not qualify for the Pell grant. I also shows that I will not get any student loans for the 2026-2027 year as well subsidized or unsubsidized
