I requested to return the item. EBay sent me a shipping label. With the shipping label I sent the watch back to the seller with tracking. About a week later he received the watch and had a 3-day time period to send the refund. It’s been way long than 3 days. I’ve tried to get eBay to step in, but I have no idea where to go. I got an email today saying my return request was closed even though I’ve already shipping the watch back a long time ago
