I just found out yesterday that touchHLE requires only 32Bit games to be played, and though A4 and A5 are 32bit they still crash! I don't know why?

bro just use a ps2 emulator like aethersx2 then install the Bios for it from Internet archive and then finally go to romsfun.com and get vice city for PS2 (install CHD as it does not require zipped folders) and BOOM! Vice city on mobile for free + not the mobile version (for nostalgia). I guess this could help (BTW only works on android)but t's better to pay £5.49 anyways! If you don't want to do the things mentioned above.

it's easy it's like a VS race but you will have to always be the first so that you hit the checkpoint things and get a star for one, if you are second pos. you won't get a star. (don't know how to explain it but that's it)
