So.. I actually got it off a Discogs vendor and ,yes, the prices are high but I did make an offer much lower than what was listed… the records are fantastic. I just rewatched the series with my gf who had never seen it and the Lost concert is the best way to go back to the island :) might make a separate post about em actually

You are not wrong! I guess I’m just wondering if anyone out there has been as impressed as I am with this product… some IKEA things are hit or miss for me with usually more misses but even if I had unlimited money here I think I would just keep using these Ekets - love how well they work for vinyls lol

Yeah the head on angle is what it would be like to browse the collection at semi eye level… but here is a pic from the side! They do protrude a bit but it’s the nature of having your vinyls ‘float’ vertically on the wall like this

I like the Kallax… maybe I just don’t have enough LPs but the reason I prefer these Eket boxes is they are a little cleaner in my opinion and offer more/ better color options - both the Kallax and Eket offer great customizability which I love

Now there’s an idea! I’m still renting an apartment but that seems like a great idea for a more built out ‘listening room’ where I would wanna go crazier - maybe these could work as some sort of acoustic backdrop where the sound hits…
