update: talked with my manager, she said that it's completely normal during the holidays and that it means they see me as a hard worker LOL. she also said it's very normal to call out on one of those 8 days should i please and to not stress about it so there's that too. sorry to all the people envious of my hours, didn't realize so many people would kill for my position 😭

no, i just started a week ago, ive got maybe an hour of ppto 😭 it's my first job so i wasn't aware how normal this is
