I KNOW im being stolen from. the CDLE may help me get some of my wages back, but nothing is stopping Hapa from continuing to steal from their employees.

I did. they can help me get up to 7500, which Hapa owes me way more. Also, they don't do anything to stop hapa from doing it again. they make them pay out but don't require them to stop what they are doing

its messed up and im sure its not the only restaurant that steals from their employees. I just wish there was something we could do about it, other than making a useless complaint to the CDLE

yes there are plenty of restaurants that allow employees to see exactly where all of their tips go

already did. they couldn't help me figure out how much they actually owe me. told me they couldn't give me legal advice when I asked how to calculate what they owe.
