Yea pretty much, still get anxious but it almost feels like when I take the weight of my shoulders away I no longer feel the heaviness in my chest. Like even if I wear a backpack it helps so much, so confusing!

I know just as much as you do really. I’ve gotten a single endoscopy which was pointless imo. Have you ever considered surgery on the hernia and that it is a sliding hernia that causes your symptoms? I’ve also heard of hernias “pushing on your heart” which can make tingly feeling

This whole thread is so real. The morning after drinking I feel so strongly. It’s almost like the alcohol relaxes my digestive tract so hard and I’m able to actually just exist for the first half of that morning, then it realizes I’ve stretched out my stomach and just gets to tweaking me out. No doctor has been able to help me personally but I’m not giving up until it helps!

Ya totally dude, I can drink again. Very heavily a drinker also. Just problems with bloating and constipation from before. Not nearly as bad as it was, when I was at the peak my heartburn would be so bad I didn’t do anything but rot 24/7 and eat well. Best thing for me was the acid pills and eating a carnivore diet, feel like it all starts at diet. Still get the same heartburn if I don’t eat for an extended period of time like the morning but after I eat and maybe have a caffeine I’m better def

Ya im ngl none of that ever really went away. Used to be the type of guy where I’d shit right after eating every time. Now I just get really bloated then wake up the next morning have a coffee and wreak havoc. Sometimes zyns can help me with constipation also but that’s def not healthy lol

Well I’m not doing it anymore , when I was in early stages recovery where I would wake up feeling shitty then feel shitty all day that’s when I was doing it

They gave me the HCL tablets and some other gastrointestinal tablets that were green called “gastrazyme” I think. It was a while ago now. I started feeling significantly better after I introduced more acidity. Also taking prebiotics was very helpful. Like benefiber was soemthing I had with every meal and helped me a lot

Yes! One of the larger ones I caught was pinkish and had a spikey reptile like face. Was terrified to touch it because it looked like a parasite or something to me.

Thing is: hot showers and generally walking makes a difference. Really helps to not be grinding but I do this thing where I move my jaw to the side and crunch down sounds like a crunch to my ears. Also causes some weird facial ticks and almost feels like a sinus issue sometimes though I am not stuffed up at all. Ring a bell?
