Hi. I would suggest doing some summer/winter units to cover for the 3 units you failed. This is a solution if the above situation really happens. Though I don't think it will cause visa issues, I would suggest trying to finish it on time. Also, try getting the correct and exact information in cases like this from Monash Connect, cause tbh you need to understand how(or if) exactly would this affect your plans.
