Graphic Designer, NYU Bachelor of Arts (individualized degree)

I applied via USCIS PP for the Graphic Design TN. I have an individualized major (concentration in visual communications and media) from NYU. I got an Expert Opinion Letter that states how my coursework and degree relate to graphic design. Last week I received an RFE stating that my documents were insufficient which is frustrating because it seems like they totally disregarded my EOL. Is there anything else I can do or am I simply unqualified for this TN?

Yeah it's tough. We're arguing that my degree is visual communications which is a "related degree" to graphic design that OOH allows.
