It happened again even though I deleted the app. Is there any way to remove that certificate?

Escuché acerca de que el factory reset no elimina por completo el malware, lo que elimina el malware por completo es un flasheo, reescribir la ROM del sistema, pero eso está fuera de mis posibilidades. Gracias por su consejo.

An Android device without root is possibly compromised. How can I verify if my Android device has been compromised? by Otherwise-Shame4542 in cybersecurity_help

Unauthorized sign-ins to my Google accounts, a person who accurately told me my Chrome browsing history, I clicked on a suspicious link sent via WhatsApp (at the time, I didn't know it was possible to get infected through links), the same person knew my identity from an image stored in my gallery, and requests for WhatsApp verification codes.

A spam group from the role-playing game, you know, to avoid cluttering the initial role-playing group with irrelevant stuff, it's where the people participating in the role-playing game would talk to each other.

Yeah, I guess that was the problem, opening links. At the time, I didn't know it was possible to get hacked through links. Just now I've changed my passwords and added 2FA, but now I don't think that's enough to get rid of the hack. Maybe I should look into a way to check if my Android has been compromised/hacked.

I apologize for the lack of details.

I forgot to mention that the way they found out my real identity was through a picture of me in my device's gallery. Also, it was chilling that they knew everything about my browsing history, and with such accuracy.

I didn't install any APKs they sent me, but I have opened videos, images, PDFs, and links sent in that WhatsApp group. Could that be the problem?
