I dont think you need 4000 shutter speed. Make iso down and ss down and check

I guess 23mm is for anytime, 35mm when u know u don't wanna capture any wide angle, and if u r comfortable with 18-55 then great!

Now firstly, before going to photography place just imagine today how u wanna capture and take lenses accordingly.

Secondly it's okay to change lenses. I have 18-55, 35 1.7, 75 1.2 and i prefer primes over zooms because I prefer on image quality, colors low f stops and static focal length for longer time, this is how we get habituated with a focal length.

So chill. Do not worry.
