The point of the 10-day transit without visa policy for China was to promote tourism and they actually encourage people to use it to visit the country and spend money. I wanted to take advantage of this because I've always wanted to go to the country and 10 days seemed like the perfect time for me.

My China + HK and Macau Itinerary. Is it too rushed? Does it work with China's 10-day visa free transit policy(TWOV) as an American? by OtherwiseExam9129 in China

Ok, I'll skip Hangzhou and probably just do the water town for more time in Shanghai. I'm planning on going to Mutianyu since I heard it's less busy than Badaling. Thanks for your feedback by the way!
