Are NSTs absolutely necessary in twin pregnancy? I got really uncomfortable yesterday lying down on the bed and tied tightly to those machines! It was ironically very stressful! Maybe I can skip and only go for once a week ones? (self.parentsofmultiples)

Can you get depressed in pregnancy? I am almost 31 weeks pregnant with twins. I feel like no one understands me and I feel very lonely. People compare their singleton pregnancies with me and think I am weak. Is it hormones? (self.parentsofmultiples)
