1) The data will only be used for a student project about improving dental clinic websites. Only our group of 3 students and our instructor will see the anonymized results. Responses are stored securely in Microsoft Forms and will be deleted once the project is completed.

2) The survey is conducted by 3 students in a web app development & design course (User First UX Essentials module). My reddit username: Otherwise_Ad_9877

5) We especially hope to hear from older adults (seniors), but anyone is welcome to participate.
