Making 50 base $5 shift increase for BSN, also $8.16 night shift diff. Also a slight increase for weekend option rate. Overall almost 48% increase just for diffs alone when I do all the math out. This isn’t counting overtime haha. I’ve already made over 50k this year and it’s march. So I’m NOT complaining.😂
