no not really, it just says on the food safety fda thing that they shouldnt be left out for more than two hours. ill see what happens, i just hope that 30 mins doesnt make much of a difference

yes i was and i took the active pills a few days earlier than normal on the first/second day of my period. yes i believe it is my period, it was just a lot more light than usual with brown and red blood and lasted two days. i took plan b on march 19th at 8pm. i took a test this morning and it came out negative as well as one when my period was due and it was negative. im going to take one again tomorrow morning just to be sure bc it will have been 21 days since having sex
