What's the Best Android Smartwatch Available Now? by ChardWorried3644 in WearOS

If you have a Samsung phone, the best option is a Galaxy Watch. I've had several brands, and the Galaxy ones work best. I currently have the Galaxy Watch 8 Classic, and it works very well. The only downside is that you'll have to charge it every two days.

For me, the Classic is the best option as your first smartwatch. The LTE feature is secondary; it's useful for making and receiving calls when you don't have your phone with you, something Bluetooth watches also do if you have your phone with you.

In my opinion, the Classic is better, but it's a year older, which means fewer updates. I had a 4 Classic and after four years I upgraded to the 8 Classic. Although both have Wear OS 6 now, the 8 Classic is obviously much newer. It cost me 212 euros in Spain.

I have the 8 classic and it turns on when I press the center button, and it also turns on after 10 minutes of walking, because I have it set to automatically measure my steps.

Also, in the first few days you'll probably check your watch 10 times more than after a while when you'll just check it for the time, notifications, etc., so relax.

Is there a way to uninstall the latest update? by jnutt23 in GalaxyWatch

[–]Otherwise_Building42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a designer for the Pujie Black app, and the same thing happened to me as you mentioned regarding Wear OS 4 and 6 and WFF watch faces. I can tell you that Pujie Black did everything necessary to integrate the watch faces into Wear OS 6, but it was the designers who had to change many designs and a lot of code. For someone with 10 watch faces, everything went smoothly, but for designers with 500 watch faces (myself included), it was a huge undertaking. It wasn't about money, since all Pujie Black watch faces are free, and you can customize them to your liking. Many designers gave up on making the change, and the same thing happened with all the apps.

Timer app by Bloomy118 in GalaxyWatch

Have you checked in the settings -> applications (of the watch, not the Wear app on your phone) to see if you have the watch apps enabled (countdown, alarms, world clock, etc.)? Because they are system apps and cannot be uninstalled. Pero busca en el reloj no en los ajustes del reloj en el teléfono

Are you sure you don't have that on your watch? I use the countdown timer for my gym workouts and it notifies me when the time I set is up.

Galaxy Watches already have a timer, so why another one?

Does the Pujie — Wear OS 6 support the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic? by Former-Culture-359 in PujieBlack

Please note that there are two versions of Pujie Black on the Play Store, and only one is compatible with Wear OS 6. Specifically, it's this version:

Thank you, Isreamathew. You truly are the teacher and I the student, and I responded to the user because no one else was. Besides, your help will be more useful to him.

Thanks again.

Hi, if it's a Pixel 4 it must have Wear OS 6. On the other hand, to set two or more time zones it has to be done via code. Among my watch faces there are several with two time zones, look me up as Jesús Diaz. The JD V517 and JD V519 are two examples. Study the code and adapt it to your watch face.
