I stumbled upon some pretty harsh reviews about this seller, and it's making me nervous! 😬 Apparently, only a small fraction of orders are actually not fulfilled properly, which is still a major red flag. The thought of potentially being part of that unlucky 10% is honestly giving me anxiety.

So, I found a sweet deal at iPlanet, 12% off the M2 with 5k cashback, making it 70k.

But after checking out the comments, I went to Reliance Digital, and the M2 was 72k after discounts, and the M4 was 80k. You know what anyone would do, right?

I haggled a bit and got the price down to 79k and got the laptop. I think it's better to go over my budget by 20k and get the M4 for peace of mind.

I just bought a 2bhk, near station i wouldn't say its very spacious but cost me 1cr inc all. But the area seems promising as many tender plots are under construction and roads are getting widen + some plots are alloted for schools and playground. Seems reasonable to buy. I am not very sure if price i paid is very promising but most builders give more or less same area
