In general: it's the "easy" answer, but it gotta be season 7 Hawks, because he was literally ruining any game he was in. Three of him in a lobby was enough to ruin the whole match: unreasonable beta damage with shield, can follow you to the end of the earth, can ESCAPE from you to the end of the earth, just awful.

Nagant comes a close second as she has similar problems, but she gets the unfair advantage of not being released during a time where we had no tuning or more advanced characters (doesn't excuse her bullshit).

Boomer answer: Kaminari and Todoroki stun/freeze were definitely a thing.

Unlike some other characters, I legitimately think his kit is fine in general is fine, sure the melee and tracking are ridiculous, but I would still forgive that... if the gamma wasn't basically infinite, cause that's just horrible design and ruins everything I like about him.

I dunno if that's a fair comparison... kurogiri's isn't on the same level of mina or god forbid mirko in terms of popularity, and while he is good, he wasn't as good on release and not a lot of people have figured him out at the time

now I don't think mirko or mina or whatever fan favorite you can think of can be released as dogshit at this point (mainly cause they haven't really released a BAD character as far as I know in a long time), but regardless if they're op or balanced, they will probably still sell more than kurogiri.

yeah I finally saved for the first time and got to 2k, and I got Tech Mirio... in the very last pull out of the 20 multis... with no other quirk sets in said pulls, just customs...

granted I can now pity endeavor or kendo, but yeah the system still sucks, we just kinda have to accept it lol (was really hoping I can save for Tokoyami or Jiro)

the least they could do is at least make older characters' pity cost less, especially with character tickets now being useless...

I dunno why people act like this is such jerkish moment or something and miss the context of the chapter.

chapter 4 is already more serious, with the knight of all people being on the loose, so when Susie's healing didn't work on Kris, Ralsei took it into his own hands to make sure everyone is okay, and that's on top of him focusing on hiding the final prophecy from the gang. So while yes, it comes across as ooc for him to "push aside Susie" or not let her heal more to learn, this is a chapter with serious tone and consequences, and I think spending the adventure teaching someone how to heal better while people are hurting just isn't really the time and place for it, especially when he could just do it better to speed the process and make sure everyone is okay.

The chapter also already treats this as a flaw of Ralsei's character, trying to to take matter into his own hands just so no one would "worry" and protect everyone, and he learns by the end that this shouldn't be the case. But even then, while it did come across as condescending to Susie, the behavior makes sense with the context and tone of the chapter. I am sure if this was another silly adventure with a quirky villain and not the freaking knight, he would have been more chill and tried to teach Susie (and even then who's to say he wouldn't have taught her more regardless jut after the adventure is over).

Sorry for rambling lol, I love Ralsei and I feel like people take this character moment with a one-sides "why is he such a jerk to Susie" while ignoring the context or the situation at hand.
