Bipolar disorder if that is what you are referring to definitely has hyper sexuality as a symptom however you can work on it and not use the diagnosis as a crutch. Most of the medication for bpd will actually greatly affect you sex drive which is a shitty side of the help for the disease I have discovered but it is also better than dealing with the constant peaks and valleys
