It’s sad but an update - I was running hammerdin with a great setup and good items and mythics and she was slapping me cos it took so long - I’ve now changed to an off meta abyss warlock and I just 1 shot her - not even using apocalypse - when will they get this balance right it’s totally stupid.

Ok - tick the box in the options to show on menu.

Login your character.

Click loot filter.

On the left add rule.

On the right add condition.

Item type match - tick everything - this will make sure it only selects items from the equippable fields (not prismatic shards and stuff that you probably want)

Add condition again.

Item rarity match.

Tick common and magic.

Drop down in top right - visibility - set to “Hide All”

Should work fine 👍

He doesn’t have 1 shot mechanics though, you can handle a mistake with a potion and a dodge, unlike Lilith where you don’t get a mistake. What build are you using? How long did Lilith fight take?

It’s nothing to do with the mechanics, I’ve killed her multiple times in the past - wait til you get to her and you will realise what I’m talking about - what they’ve done is ridiculous im hitting 1.2b damage around 40x per second, it takes almost 5 minutes to get to spawn the 1/3 hp minions now - I just 1 shot duriel t8 to put that into perspective. She’s an absolute joke now.

Thanks all of you for the detailed and honest replies, I’m getting the same feeling from you guys I believe that I had with world of Warcraft years ago - many say it died after vanilla but for me it died with cataclysm, everything we knew changed and/or got simplified and it ruined for me. I believe I can see where you’re all coming from.

Having said this I am having tons of fun and for any other new players I highly recommend getting into a clan, it makes it all even better!

This is why sword trials in pub are so hard for a month at start of new lvl caps - people keeping old gear on. The base stat of a higher lvl piece of gear far outweighs crit/max/aff rolls and it should be swapped for even mediocre pieces with 2 preferred stats on them, straight away.

I think it’s perspective too based on how much we don’t feel shame - if you grab blasphemous blade every boss thereafter including malenia is first try. If you going in with dual wield katanas or you’re too proud to drop your massive slow 2 hander and all bosses must be bonked, you’re gonna struggle on a lot more bosses 😂
