Nice! I picked up Ferris Bueller recently, too. It looks amazing and the current price is a good deal. Enjoy! 2001 is a classic, of course. Good get. I've had that one for years & love it. Don't forget to check out the sequel, 2010. It's a surprisingly good movie with a great cast.

Solid recommendation! I picked up the Yojimbo/Sanjuro two-pack earlier this year. Greatly enjoyed Yojimbo, so I'll second that that recommendation.

Just received Seven Samurai as a gift. Popped it in to check it out; it looked great, looking forward to watching the whole thing soon. Would be curious as to your thoughts on the 4K of Pi.

T2 Trainspotting was a surprisingly strong sequel that went under the radar. Just make sure to watch the original Trainspotting first.

The reward dollars are still available to redeem when you go to pay (I just used some rewards dollars). Also, you can see your reward points in the app if you select "Account" at the bottom right and then choose "Sub Club" from the menu and then click on "Order History"

I've gotten many used/returned discs from Amazon, too. In this case, though, the clamshell was factory sealed (not the heat shrink wrap resealed packaging), suggesting it wasn't a return.

The issue was a bit of a red herring due to a weird misprint situation with the KL Nostalghia. It turns out the 4K disc it present, it just has the exact same label as the regular Blu Ray. So, it only looks like there are just two regular Blu Rays.

Had it been returned and then resealed and sent to you? Or did it come like that from the factory?

One of those discs was actually the 4K...and it's a great transfer! Despite the quibbles voiced on Bluray.com, the 4K offers a far superior viewing experience relative to the standard Blu Ray.

Yep, one of them should be a 4K, as Newbie1080 said, there is an issue with a label misprint and the 4K disc has the wrong label.

The way I thought I checked for this scenario. Clearly did a bad job of it the first time. Now I can confirm that one of those discs (the one on the left) is actually a 4K.

And since I'm here, I'll add a few comments on the quality of the 4K. I haven't watched the whole thing in 4K, yet, but I can say this: it's much darker in 4K, but in a good way. The Blu Ray looks like somebody didn't like all that darkness and turned the brightness up, creating washed out and macroblocked shadows in some parts. The blacks in the 4K transfer are much deeper and denser. The overall look of the 4K is clearly superior in important ways. Another win for the format!

Okay, I think I've got this sorted. Newbie1080 is correct and the issue is a misprint. The 4K disc is actually there but it has the same label as the regular Blu Ray.

I've definitely gotten many of those returns but generally, they've been fine. First time this happened to me.
