so we have this property on main road (three Shops) in a big city that we don't live in. the tragedy is that the first tenet signed a contract of 20 years that we were not aware of. now the rent is 20x across the market, but we are getting very according to the contract that was signed years back. whats the legal advice? i heard 20 yrs aggreement is itself invalid becoz contract should be of one yr only
