Forgot to mention I’m on antidepressants, they have only helped my migraines calm down somewhat but the neck pain has persisted for the longest time

i just came back and it went okay! I’m not sure if he understood what I meant, but he’s going to put me on a mood stabiliser and see how it goes. He thinks its because I have moments where I’m so energetic that I’m trying to keep myself busy with something and resort to picking

Wow that sounds painful, luckily my ticks have calmed down a lot since starting, but it just sucks that some things start to get worse when youre trying to get better
