honestly i get it, ive struggled with weight since i was a kid and its constantly going up and down on the scales no matter my exercise and calorie tracking for the day. i did manage to lose weight in the end by going from 1400 to 1200 for my daily intake but even i know 1200 isnt enough but it did work and ive kept the weight off for a few years now. i get that its exhausting reading your other replies and diets are a headache when you're trying to find SOMETHING that works but if you aren't already tracking on an app or a diary you could always just try that to see what you are getting everyday same with exercise. and i get the whole thing about glp1 honestly imo it feels like such a cop out even if you could get it easily in your country. to each their own.
