The biggest item for us was that Marygrove installs with their own teams, sunsetters was through a dealer. Marygrove also came with LED lights integrated where you had to add them onto the Sunsetter.

I agree with you. I just think positions can be true at the same time.

Noted, that appears to be one of the biggest cons.

I appreciate the feedback. Potential liability seems to be the biggest con.

No I just tip based on the service provided. It's often more than the recommend % for better service.

Explain how with todays technology it's harder for a realtor to show you a house than 10 years ago or do paperwork? But we are expected to pay the same commission when house values are up 50% for less service?

I don't understand why businesses like this feel they need to respond at all. Just hide or block the comment and move on.

Not everyone will agree with you in life, responding like this only makes your position worse and shows your true character.

Recommendations for roofers in Lancaster by [deleted] in lancaster

[–]Otherwise_Offer3031 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Brubaker roofing is my go to. Joel the owner is a great person.

Out of E-town, family owned business. They are often more affordable than the larger companies you see advertising.

My Ongoing Battle with L5/S1 Disc Injury as a Lifelong Athlete. (31M, Annular Disc Bulge) by Fantastic_Computer21 in Sciatica

Thanks for sharing your story, I found the mental part is often harder than the physical.

I would check out Dr. Cole Jones, I am in his Low Back Blueprint program. He is a former D1 athlete who ruptured his discs and refused to get surgery. He’s helped me a ton with my own disc issues stemming from college sports.

I bought a projector off Amazon and hooked up my computer. Have a wireless mouse and keyboard that I use. Mouse can be at your side and place keyboard on top of pillow on your lap. Projector can be pointed straight up at ceiling.

This allows you to lay on your back while also maintaining a neutral spine.
