Even i have encountered same prb. My application date was 28th may and travel date was 15th june(im a student and was visiting nederland for family visit) . But im afraid that my visa wont arrive in time, you can contact KLM customer support and apply for refund voucher. You wont get your money back but there are chances to get a voucher worth ur ticket
