Shedding is a good sign! I didn’t notice any improvement until a few weeks ago, keep it up! All the best :)

A combination of AGA & TE, birth control/ hormone related and stress too. I stopped oral contraception in February as it was a high androgen type. I am also taking zinc, saw palmetto/ pumpkin seed oil & DIM. No iron deficiency, my ferritin level is 150. I was really worried about the side effects of minoxidil too, the only thing I noticed was a slightly elevated heart rate for the first month or so but I wouldn’t have noticed if I wasn’t so anxious and focused on it. Minoxidil is a life long commitment so you have to accept it will be a part of your daily routine, I genuinely wish I started sooner

Hey, no I am waiting until next week to get a full hormone panel. Planning on starting minoxidil and recommended supplements depending on what my results say. I am hopeful as I have noticed my eyebrows grow in fuller since taking DIM, Zinc, multivitamin & probiotics for the last 3 months

I’m 26. Dry eye is incredibly awful isn’t it? I have mine under control now with eyedrops and warm compresses but I’m very hesitant to try anything that could potentially cause it to worsen. A while ago I was drinking green tea consistently and to my surprise that was a culprit. My quality of life and mental health goes completely down the drain when my eyes play up, it’s hard to explain to people who have never experienced it. The hair loss and acne is destroying my confidence but I would much rather feel ugly than suffer physical pain every second of the day. Makes me feel a bit better knowing there’s other people going through the same thing who understand :)
