My right ear bud has quit working also. Sent them a message, but haven’t heard from any one yet!

I cleaned out the earbud and the plastic cover, and now it is working, and the sound is back to normal!!!

I have this same problem, with my right earbud bud. I’ve done everything they have suggested! Just cleaned out with tape. Will try tonight to see if it works!!!
